Do you offer free delivery / shipping?
We offer FREE delivery to the following European countries for orders over €35 (after promotional codes). The order must total €35 after the discount is applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc. Spend less than €35, and delivery will cost €8-11:
- €8 delivery: Aland Islands, Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mayotte, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
- €11 delivery: Guernsey, Jersey
When will I receive my order?
Due to high demand for Morphe products, order processing can take 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to be packaged and shipped out. You will then receive an email with a tracking number (the tracking number may take 24-48 hours to update). Processing times can vary depending on volume of orders received.
How much does it cost to ship my beauty haul to other European countries?
- Delivery to our babes in the following countries will cost €15: Andorra, Belarus, Bouvet Island, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, and Vatican City.
- Delivery to our babes in the following countries will cost €25: Algeria, Armenia, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Réunion, and Ukraine.
- For delivery elsewhere in the world, please visit our US website at www.morphe.com or for the UK at www.uk.morphe.com.
Why is a coupon code not working?
Coupon codes will not apply to discounted Morphe items , some collaboration items and non-Morphe products. Coupon codes have expiration dates.
I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?
Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 30 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. If the product is deemed defective Morphe will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer care for more details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I find a Morphe store?
Currently, Morphe stores are only located in the United States. You can find the locations in our online Stockist feature.
If an item is "Out of Stock" online, is it out of stock at Morphe stores?
Online stock availability does not currently reflect availability at Morphe retail locations. Please note that we are unable to accept phone orders for delivery / shipment from stores.
Do you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples at this time.
How do I cancel my order?
To serve you better, Morphe will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
